Customer Service / Administrator

We have an opportunity for you to be part of a growing and exciting business. The working hours of this role are from 11:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, totalling 30 hours per week.

 

Primary objectives of this role:

1. Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner;

2. Ensure timely and professional handling of all Online System Requests (Internal & External)

3. Establish a stable working relationship with key accounts;

4. Provide assistance to customers who visit our depot, with calling card collections, cash sales and any other queries.

 

Key Challenges (& Critical Success Factors):

1. Communicate with all Courier Franchisees, Company Employees, Other Regional Franchisees and Customers politely and efficiently;

2. Ensure a thorough investigation is carried out for Online Systems requests

3. Deal with escalation & all outbound calls in a polite, friendly manner and in line with Aramex guidelines / policies

4. Ensure timely and professional handling of all key client queries.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience: Customer Service experience preferred but not essential.
