All Standard Services are now a Non-Signature Service for residential deliveries.
As part of this service, Courier Franchisees will not be required to obtain a signature at the time of delivery and will leave all freight in a safe and secure place at the customer's home or business address. If we are unable to leave the parcel in a safe and secure place, it will be directed to the nearest Parcel Connect agent. The customer will be notified where to collect their item from by SMS or Email.

For residential customers wanting additional visibility from our standard ‘Non-Signature Service’, they can opt for ‘Signature on Delivery’.
As part of this service, our state-of-the-art scanning technology will only allow the release of the parcel if the receiver signs for the goods. If the receiver is not available to sign, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest Parcel Connect agent. The customer will be notified where to collect their item from by SMS or Email
Contactless delivery protocols are currently in place for all Signature service deliveries.

For customers sending sensitive or high-value shipments, they can opt for the ‘Secure PIN Service’.
This service provides an additional tier of security and control for customers. The system will work to generate a unique PIN number once the sender selects the service. The Secure PIN will then be sent to the recipient through SMS or email. The receiver is then required to enter the PIN on delivery. The Courier Franchisee will not be able to complete the delivery without the customer entering the PIN into the scanning device.
