Auckland
- For all Auckland deliveries, we will continue to operate a contactless service. 

Rest of New Zealand

For business deliveries, we will attempt to obtain a signature, where safe to do so.
- For residential deliveries, we will continue to operate a contactless service.

Please note that due to snow in the South Island, Auckland Harbour Bridge closure and an accident in Wellington, we are expecting minor nationwide delays of up to 1 day over and above our existing service standards.

For deliveries into regional areas, ‘signature obtained’ delivery trace may be referring to receipt by our on-forwarder and not final destination.
